When you login into “My Firstb2c", click“My Message”, you can check all your internal message.
In "My Inbox", you can send and receive the buyers' information, included:
1. Reply the inquires that sponsored by the buyers.
2. Answer the questions about orders that sponsored by the buyers.
3、Order information and reminding that send by Firstb2c.
In "Reply for Buyers Purchasing" you can check the reply from buyers for "Offshore Purchase".
It's a great help for you to promote the trade, maintain clients and avoid dispute if you check and reply the internal message in time.
