If you forget the username or password of Firstb2c, you can reset the password by “Retrieve Password through Email” or "Retrieve Password through artificial way." The detailed operational process is as follow:
Retrieve Password through Email
1. Go to the landing page of Firstb2c, click "Sign in",and then click "Forgot the Password?" .
2. Fill out the username and email which the one you registered in Firstb2c, confirm and click "Send".
3. Enter your email which you just filled out, and read the "Retrieve Password Mail", then you can retrieve your password.
Retrieve Password through artificial way
1. Please download the "Application form of password retrieve"
2. Fill out your username, company name, registered email, contact and telephone number.
3. Fax the form to +86-571-88233080 when you finish it, we will dispose it for you ASAP.
