1.Complaint: It's a way of report delinquent behaviors of the other side and assist in business dispute both buyers and sellers are in the transaction.If one was complained by other members,his score will cut down by 50.During the processing,if the member cancel the complaint personally,the cut down score will be returned.
2.Reporting: It might be you and the one who you reported has no real deal,but was found irregularities in Firstb2c,the report is anonymous.Sellers who were reported will cut down 50 scores as long as verified.
3.Return goods: In order to prevent maliciously sellers repeated display goods which were not in accord with our Commodities Politics,each kind of commodities will cost 20 scores if it has 3 times consecutive failed to pass the examine and verify.
