2. How to identify whether the seller is reliable or not?
You can check the seller's information to identify whether he or she is reliable or not. There are three key factors to evaluate the credibility of a seller such as Feedback Score, Positive Feedback Percentage and Power Seller Logo. Normally, the higher Feedback Score, the more trustworthy the seller is. A high Feedback Score and Positive Feedback percentage are also good signs. When you see this Power Seller mark has 3 tiers: Gold ( ), Silver ( ) and Bronze ( ), you can be confident that you are transacting with an experienced and reliable Firstb2c.com seller who have a proven commitment to customer satisfaction. Also, you can use advance search and use the tool to help you find out the best sellers on the site.

5. Can I register as a seller on Firstb2c.com?
Right now, we do not provide seller service for the users who are not in China. But we are considering this service to extend the market place on Firstb2c.com in future.
 
6. How do I change my email address?
1) Log onto My Firstb2c.
2) Click on "contact information" button in the left navigation bar.
3) Fill in your new email address.
4) Submit.
 
7. How do I choose the specifications of the item I want?
When you want to check out, go to your cart and find the "add remarks" button. Here is you can leave a message for the seller if you have specific requests regarding an item such as size, color, etc.
 
8. What is processing time?
The processing time is the time it takes for the seller to prepare the item(s) for shipment--starting from when the buyer makes a payment of the order to when the seller ships the merchandise out.
 
In addition, there are different processing times for different items depending on product category and volume; usually it is around 3 to 15 working days–specified by seller according to the item's stock status. For example, preparing 200 wedding dresses for shipment may take longer than 10. You may view each product's processing time displayed below the ‘Add Remarks' button in your cart page during the check out process.
 
9. How can I obtain a coupon from Firstb2c.com?
Normally, coupons are sent out during promotional events. All the activities' information will send to your email account directly. Please check your email from Firstb2c.com regularly, so as to not miss any coupons from Firstb2c.com.
 
10.How do I place an order?

12.How do I remove an item from the cart?
Please sign in your account and click the link "Cart items" at right top of each page. You may view the items you added in the cart and click the "Delete" button on the right side of the item you do not want to buy.
 
13.How do I check my order status?
Click on the "Active Orders" link on the navigation panel on the left of the page. On the "Active Orders" page, you will see all your active orders with their current status.
 
14.How do I complete an order?
If you are satisfied with the items you have purchased, please take a moment to click on the "Complete Order" link on the MyFirstb2c page. This will enable us to pay the seller and complete the transaction.
 
15.How do I buy samples on Firstb2c.com?
There is a function "Get a Sample" available in Factory Zone, located under the "Add to Cart" button in the product page. If you want to purchase one or a few pieces, you can click "Get a Sample", choose the sample quantity, and then add the sample to your cart. All the following purchase steps are the same. Not all items have offer sample purchasing.
 
16.How do I buy from Factory Zone?
There are two channels to enter into Factory Zone:
1) Click the tab "Only Factory Items" on product search result or category page.
2) Click the "Factory Zone" tap at the upper right hand corner of any page.
The purchase procedure in Factory Zone is the same except that there is minimum order size requirement for each purchase. Items sold in this zone are offered at wholesale prices and sold in bulk.
 
17. Are there any discounts for bulk/volume purchases?
Since May 13, 2008, Firstb2c.com has launched a wholesale saving system, which offers special discounts and benefits for bulk purchases.
 
Generally speaking, the bigger the order value, the more discounts you can get. For example, if your order value is $300 in a single purchase, you can get a 2% discount; if your order value exceeds $500, 4% off, and exceeds $1000, 6% off. Up to 10.5% discount can be offered if your order value exceeds a certain amount.
 
Factory Zone is another online wholesale place where buyers can get best priced items for bulk/volume purchases, as all items in Factory Zone are sold directly from factories at prices that are much lower than the market prices. To get best discounts from Factory Zone, you only have to meet the minimum purchase order requirement of US$300.00 (excluding sample orders) for any of the items.
 
Most of sellers normally set several wholesale price ranges on the item description page. The bigger the item quantity, the cheaper the price is. You may select a best wholesale discount by comparing the price ranges displayed in item descriptions.

18.How do I contact the seller?
If you want to communicate with the seller about product and service details before you make a purchase, you can contact seller by clicking the "Ask Seller Questions" button in the Seller Information area.
 
If you need to contact the seller after you have placed an order, you may click either the "Ask Seller Questions" or the "Send Message" button on the order page in My Firstb2c.
 
19. How do I reply to a seller message?
Please log onto "My Firstb2c" and find the link "My messages" in left navigation box. Click on "My messages" and you will be able to see all messages from sellers. Click the link of the message and you can read its details. Below the messages, you can find a place for you to reply to the message. After writing the message, click "Send".
 
20. What do I do if the seller doesn't reply to my message?
If the seller doesn't reply to your message, please send an email to our customer service support at service@Firstb2c.com, remembering to provide the seller ID, your order number and you want to. Our customer service team will help you on the matter and give you an answer as soon as possible.
 
21. How do I see comments left by other buyers to the seller?
On each product page, there is a column "Seller Information", you can either click the Feedback Score or Positive Feedback to view the detailed feedback comments on the seller received and sent.
 
22. How do I leave feedback to the seller after purchase?
1) Sign in your account and go to "My Firstb2c".
2) Select the "Completed" option on Active Orders (Escrow) page; you will see a list of orders that have been completed.
3) Click on the "Leave Feedback" button for the relevant PO# as a number in the Action field and leave your feedback rating, comment and additional service detail score.
4) Click "Submit" at the bottom of the page to send your feedback.

Firstb2c.com strongly stands against sellers who post items which are not authentic or fake. When sellers register on Firstb2c.com, they are required to sign a contract acknowledging that states fake products posted will be severely punished. However, since Firstb2c.com is only a platform for sellers & buyers, we can't assure you whether the item on the website is authentic or not.
