If you finish the payment, the money was deposited by Firstb2c via Paypal, then the paltform will inform the supplier to stock up and the choose a trusted express, for example EMS, TNT, UPS, Fedex, etc. When you receipted the express, and ensure there is no quality problems, then we will give out payment to the suppliers.
In the meantime, you can get to know your Goods Distribution Situation by tracking number, before your confirm, the supplier can not apply for withdrawing cash.
If you have the doubt about the goods after receipt the express, please do not confirm the delivery, but to contact with the supplier, ask friendly negotiation between the two parties.
