How to set the Security Question?
If you want to set security question for your account, you can operation this independentlly, the detailed operating steps are as follow:
1. Go to "My Firstb2c", then choose "Account Setting" , click "Set a Security Question";
2. Click "Set now";
3. Enter your valid ID card number, set the three security questions and answers, click "Next".Your Security Questions can be set successfully.
How to set the Security Mailbox?
If you need to set the Security Mailbox, you can login "My Firstb2c"- "Account Setting"- "Security Setting", the detailed operating steps are as follow:
1. Choose the "Account Security Information" - "Security Mailbox", select "Open";
2. Enter the Security Mailbox which you want to set, click "Next";
3. Check the verification email which contain verification code in the security mailbox;
4. Enter the verification code, click "Next", your Security Mailbox can be set successfully.
How to reset the Security Question?
If you already have the security question and want to reset it, these are follow steps:
1.Login "My Firstb2c"- "Account Setting"- "Security Setting".
2.Click "Reset the Secuity Questions".Before set the new security questions you should answer previous security question corretly.
3.Set the three new security questions and answers, click "Next".Your Security Questions can be set successfully.
