How to upload products
The products are made up by words and pictures, detailed word description and clear picture will catch the buyers’ eyeball. The detailed procedures of uploading products are as follow:
1. Select the proper product category;
2. Filled out the detailed product information, including product description, product sales information, and other information;
The entrance of uploading product: Login into "My Firstb2c", - "My Products",- "Add new product", then you can upload new product.
Product Category
You can select product category manually operated, either enter the key word to search;
The way of manually selecting category: Select the category stage by stage, until the lowest level, it will also show the
category which you have selected.
The way of key word searching: Enter the word that you want to search(English and Chinese are both OK) in the textbox "Search Product Category". When you click "search", the result bar will show "All category" and "Search results". You can choose the category from the "Search results", either return to the "All Category", it will also show the categories that you have chosen.
Product Name
The product name should be clear, complete and vivid. We suggest you to fill out more words in the keyword field to increase the probability of being searched by the buyers. You can enter full width punctuation mode, it will switch to half width punctuation mode by itself, up to 100 characters.
Product Requirement Specification
It is the supplement for product parameter information which didn't embody in the product name, specifically refers to product parameter, such as color, size, type, accessory, trade method and so on. It's important for buyers to choose products, please fill out completely and detailedly, up to 500 characters.
Product picture
Show your products by vivid and real pictures, you should get the pictures ready before you upload. The system will create watermarks automatically to avoid embezzling.
Product detailed description
Show the detailed product information which didn't contain in the product name and specification to the buyers; Show the Product Feature, Fuction, Service, Package, Transport information and so on, to help the buyers learn more about the products open-and-shut. You can also shou your professional sale by personalized description, such as, making mould, related product links in Firstb2c, to promote yourself and attract the buyers. The datailed description has a capacity of most 50,000 characters, HTML language is supported.
The detailed description should not contain external links except Firstb2c, contact information is not allowed, such as email, company webste, Skype and so on.
